Emma Boyum

Emma was dragged to yoga by a friend in 2008, feeling very nervous and having only a vague idea of what she was getting into. She left that first class (taught by Kitty!) and was no longer nervous, but exhilarated. Since that day, Emma has been practicing yoga to strengthen her body, breath, and mind. In 2015, Emma felt ready to learn more about this tradition and ready to start to teach others. Emma strives to make the classes she teaches fun and accessible. To demonstrate, she has written you a haiku:
