Michelle has been teaching yoga since 2008. Her career began as a dancer in New York and over the last ten years evolved her study of movement and dance to include yoga, meditation, fitness. Movement isn’t restricted to just on a mat or in a studio, but a dance to finding grace. She has led yoga teacher trainings and guided many students to find their path in yoga. It is unique connections with others she seeks, a voice to the authentic soul and a dance with the wild heart.
