Kayla came into her love for yoga while sojourning across the plains of India. She practiced regularly in ashrams and in local temples, awakening well before dawn for moonlit classes in a local park. She returned to the states with a new-found appreciation and stronger connection to the discipline. Modo quickly became a daily source of joy for Kayla, fueled by inspiring teachers and a truly welcoming community. The love, light and happiness yoga brought into her life ignited her desire to share that sense of peace with others. Her teaching style aims to bring inner balance after life’s daily challenges and inspire students to live the way they dream. Off the mat, Kayla continues her travels across the globe, kicking items off her bucket list and staying active outdoors by running and kayaking.
