Jes Rosenberg is a national yoga educator, a catalyst in the wellness community, and committed to helping students live an inspired life. She is a 500 E-RYT, 200/500 RYS certified instructor in a multitude of disciplines and has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. Her passion for mindfulness, meditation, and movement has allowed her to cultivate a uniquely blended teaching style to find awareness and alignment on and off the yoga mat.
Jes has a ‘Live to Learn’ sunny, soulful, bohemian vibe. She is an artist, a voracious reader, and loves to take walks around the lakes with friends. Her guilty pleasure is to rock-out singing 80’s Rock & Roll in the car. She finds teaching inspirational and is motivated by the Dalai Lama XIV quote, “As you breathe in, cherish yourself. As you breathe out, cherish all Beings.”
