Erin came to the practice of yoga about 10 years ago, but fell in love with her home and community at Modo shortly after it opened. While cultivating her daily practice, she found herself more grounded, more at peace, and more authentically Erin than ever before. Erin’s love of teaching comes from the the gratitude and genuineness that her practice created in her, and she loves seeing that shine out in students every time she’s in the hot room. She is incredibly grateful to her teachers and the community at Modo that brings her so much inspiration. Outside of the studio, Erin loves to spend time with her family and her puppy Josie, travel, swim, and be active outdoors.
