Cait walked into Modo Yoga in 2013 in search of an active community that would help control her anxiety and aid sore joints from years of gymnastics, running and softball. She found that AND much more at Modo! During her time of practice, Cait developed a passion for Barre and enthusiastically received her certification in May 2016. She LOVES teaching Barre and has personally seen and believes in its ability to strengthen one’s body, mind and yoga practice. Besides teaching, she enjoys getting to know her students and hearing about how yoga has made an impact in their lives. In August 2016, she began teaching Barre AND in September 2016 joined staff as a SIMA Lead. Cait has a degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science and LOVES spending time with her husband Matt & dog Princess Leia.
